At GYJC, we’re organizing for a future where all Georgians are safe from violence and where Georgia’s students have the freedom to develop the skills to reckon with our past, shape a better future, and pursue our dreams.

  • We’re engaging high school and college students year-round on 12 campuses and 10 counties through traditional, digital, and relational organizing - empowering and activating hundreds of students statewide.

  • We’re uplifting student voices on the issues that matter most - gun safety, school funding, and more - through press hits and social media. We’re reshaping the narratives around honest education and youth needs through public testimony, op-eds, and beyond.

  • We’re empowering young Georgians with the skills and community they need to gain political power, through regular training programs focused on organizing skills, the history of movement work, and legislative advocacy.
